Really? Does Purity Culture impact relationships that much?

Yes! As someone who has the honor of sitting across from individuals and couples expressing their concerns about sexuality. How it is working & how it is not there is a huge number of people who are negatively impacted by purity culture.

These clients may be experiencing issues with libido discrepancies, painful intercourse, erectile dysfunction, shame, or guilt about existing as a sexual being. And the list goes on.

I love being able to partner with people to explore sexuality that allows them to become more than the do’s and don’ts from their past. To see people understand their bodies are sacred and that understanding how their brains and bodies function can eliminate shame / guilt and offer a new narrative on sexuality without them having to give up their values.
